Shipping is free for all countries within the European Union.

🌍 Rest of the World

International delivery is available everywhere (except locations restricted by carriers).

❌ Non-Serviced Areas

For legal or logistical reasons, we do not ship to:

– Crimea
– Donetsk
– Luhansk
– Russia
– Belarus
– Cuba
– North Korea
– Iran
– Syria

2. Shipping Times

Average delivery times (excluding holidays or peak periods):

– 🇪🇺 Europe: 3 to 7 business days
– 🌍 International: 7 to 20 business days depending on destination

3. Processing Times

Before shipping, every cap goes through:

– A quality control check
– Parcel preparation
– Handover to the carrier

Processing time: 2 to 4 business days, which is added to the delivery time.

5. Taxes & Customs (Outside Europe)

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs authorities may apply:

– Customs duties

Any such charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Errors

Please carefully verify your address before placing your order.
In case of an incorrect address, unclaimed parcel, or failed delivery, reshipping fees will be charged to the customer.
